Kia Ora all, my name is Dan, I am the owner/operator of Speargrass Landscaping serving the Nelson area.

I have been in the construction industry for over 6 years with experience in landscaping, trail building, excavations, drain laying, rock work, gravelling, structure installations and much more.

The projects I've undertaken under Speargrass Landscaping have been great fun and I am now also offering Landscape Design packages to help turn those awkward outdoor areas into usable and practical spaces.

I moved to Nelson in 2025 to begin a new chapter with my wife and boy, setting up Speargrass Landscaping so that I can make the most of our son’s young years as well as do the things I love. So far providing landscaping services to the Nelson area has been rewarding and exciting and I’m happy to be able to offer cost-effective and simple solutions to your landscaping projects.
